This is the first release in the Casks of Lindores 2 series, exploring the three core casks of Bourbon, STR Wine Barriques and Sherry Butts but with another year of maturation since the first series in 2022.

Nose: Pleasant mellow fruity apples, ripe banana, sweet pears with vanilla, buttercream and caramel notes with subtle citrus touches.

Palate: Fruity green apples, citrus lemon, banana, oaky wooden notes, coffee beans and spicy peppery note.

Finish: Medium finish.
